Kelsey tried giving Quincee her first perm, at first she did not mind getting the curler rods in her hair, she scrame of coarse when we put the plastic bag on her hair. While we let the curlers set Quincee would fuss if we touched her hair, then looked in the mirror and would smile. She loved the rods in her hair, what a girly girl :) After we washed her hair she was upset so we never got a final picture and her hair didnt stay permed.
